The Mahdi from the perspective of the people of the Sunnah Wal Jamaah (Part 1)
All About Islam - Theological thinking is a complicated and difficult question of being decomposed if it is seen in terms of knowledge sociology modern. The reason there is a variety of perception and interpretation of the notion of any confession made by scholars and masters. Until this problem is a problem of the most controversial among Muslims since until now. Even in the history of world travel, there are certain individuals deliberately exploit this theological concept in the interest and betterment of those myself, until this attitude cause problems and anxiety as well as challenge for scholars or researchers and observers of faith issues of faith of Islam from the first till now.
In addition, the question of the Mahdi is the problem am/universal and involving all the world's religions, whether conventional or celestial religions. This is due to that the Mahdi is the leader of the world as a whole, a leader for the whole of mankind, not just a leader of Muslims or a group of humans only.
From an Islamic perspective, thoughts about imam Mahdi is is part of the problem of religion in the Islamic creed, the people of the Sunnah wal Jamaah and Shia agree that the Mahdi will appear at the end of the age, but the difference is, the Sunni regard the question of imam Mahdi as a branch of the problem of belief "Furu ' al-' al-Islamiah", therefore – in the piece of this book-not surprisingly among the Experts of the Sunnah wal Jamaah, there is a concept of Mahdi balks because it is the only branch in the issue of belief agreed Expert Sunnah wal Jamaah, so it doesn't need to be discussed in depth and serious, while Shia make it as the basis of the Islamic Creed "suggested Creed Islamiah". Then this discussion is discouraged in religion in the chapter "Imamate."
From here, according to the Shia people who do not believe the Mahdi is the same as the Apostle's existence and renounce the Shia priests who ma'sum, in the book of Shia "Ikmal al-Din" is mentioned a Hadith:
"Who pick up al-Qaaim – imam Mahdi — from my seed, then he champions against kenabianku" [1].
"People who deny that al-Qaaim-Mahdi unseen (disappeared), she is the same as the devil who refused to prostrate before Adam" [2].
This is where the creed of "Mahdiyyah" in the Shia tradition is a belief that the principle of mandatory diwar-warkan, exposed and maintained that at the end of the time later will surely emerge a prominent descendant of Ahl-Bait that will uphold the truth of the teachings of the Shia, eradicate all forms of cheating, and equitable justice. He will hold the highest authority in the Islamic world and become a follow-up to the human race. In other words, the character is "the saviour of the world".
The Definition Of The Mahdi
Of the large number of signs of a major event the next day or arrival of the Apocalypse, one of which is the mystery will be the coming of the Mahdi, and it is considered as a sign of the end of the journey the natural world for mankind.
The presence of the Mahdi will make the wrath of the King of terrors called the Dajjal so that he comes out of hiding and attempted to kill the Mahdi and his followers. It was then that the Prophet Isa down back to Earth and together destroy the Mahdi the Antichrist and his followers.
The priest (إِمَامٌ) in Arabic means Islamic religious leader in [3]. Among Sunnis, the priest's sentence is synonymous with sentences Khalīfah (خَلِيْفَةٌ) [4]. In many circumstances the sentence the priest can also mean the leader of the prayer in Congregation in worship, and the priest's sentence could also be used for the title of the scholars, scientists and intellectuals of Islam and the great. As the priest four people of the Sunnah wa al-Habshi (اَلأَئِمَّةُ الأَرْبَعَةُ), namely: Imam Abu Hanifah, Imam Malik, Imam Al-Shaafa'i and Imam Ahmad Ibn Hanbal.
Al-Mahdi Mahdi (اَلْمَهْدِي), meaning "people who were given instructions", in Arabic the mahdi belongs to the category maf'ul isim, the Mahdi is actually a "title name" as is the case with the title of Caliph,-believers, and so on.
Gelaran-gelaran Imam Mahdi
Experts of the Sunnah do not have many title of imam Mahdi, the Shiites, in contrast to the literature they found many terms attached to imam Mahdi [5], as follows:
Al-Qaim (اَلْقَائِمُ), meaning "implementing or guardian the day of judgment". One Shi'a website name Imamiah named Al-Qoim www.alqaem.net.
Al-Supernatural (اَلْغَائِبُ), meaning "the priest people missing".
Al-Ibn (اَلْحُجَّةُ), meaning "Basis".
Sohib al-Zaman (صَاحِبُ الزَّمَانِ), meaning "owner of the age".
Sohib al-Adwar (صَاحِبُ الأَدْوَارِ), meaning "owner of round the world".
Baqiyatullah (بَقِيَّةُ اللهِ), meaning "Baqi God". In fact there is one magazine Shi'i Lebanon named magazine "Baqiyatollah" www.baqiatollah.net
Thus Imam Mahdi can be translated loosely means "leader who has given instructions".
But specifically, in accordance with the Hadith of the Prophet:
"Al-Mahdi will come out at the end of my life" (Jalaluddin al-Suyuti, Jami ' al-Ahadith, no.: 26677).
"There will be on my Al Mahdi" (Sunan IBN maajah, no.: 4073).
"The Mahdi would appear in the midst of my people" (Sunan al-Tirmidhi, no.: 2158).
To all the Hadith above shall mean a Theological that is Allah swt will be sent to destroy all tyranny and uphold justice in the land before the coming of the day of judgment.
Thus the term Imam Mahdi is a word derived from the Arabic language and consists of two words: "Priests" meaning leader and "Mahdi" meaning one who got a instructions. So freely imam mahdi can be interpreted as a leader who got a instructions.
This title or al-Mahdi, has been ditampalkan by the Prophet Muhammad to the four Caliphs: Abu Bakr, Umar bin Khattaab, ' Uthman Ibn Affan and Ali Ibn Abi Talib.
"Then hold on teguhlah with sunnahku (ajaranku) and sunnah ' Rashidun Caliphate that clue". (Al-Kunusul Haqaiq, sunan al-Kubra, no: 20835)
Ibnul Atsir explained that the definition of al-Mahdi in the above Hadith is a person who is given instructions on religious truth. The title al-Mahdi became the name of the person even already often used as such. So did al-Mahdi also means people are preached by the Prophet Muhammad and will appear at the end. Also al-Mahdi can be meant by Abu Bakr, ' Umar, ' Uthman and ' Ali Radi ' anhum. Even al-Mahdi also could mean more broadly than it all, i.e. anyone who follow the path of their lives in religion "[6].
It appears that the term "al-Mahdi" is indeed a special and privileged levels in the next future, so the Prophet never pray for the dead body of Abu Salamah: that can be shared in the last "insan-insan al-Mahdiyyin", as in the Hadith below:
The Messenger entry see cadaver w s.a. Abi Salamah, whose eyes open, then King menutupkannya. Then she said: Verily the spirit if revoked would be followed by eye. His family wept. Then the King Prophet saw said: ye shall cry out over you but the good good, indeed the Angel mengaminkan what you say. Then she prayed: O God ampunkanlah Abi Salamah, and tinggikanlah them among people who got a instructions ... and our ampunkanlah and he is o God of all nature, enlarge his tomb and terangkanlah him in it (Sunan Abi Dawood: 2711).
When Jareer Ibn Abdullah ibn al-Bajalli hard-earned control of animal dikendarainya, Prophet Muhammad prayed for Nicky, as mentioned in the Hadith below:
From r. a. Jareer said: "the Prophet never menghalangiku (in his house) since I embraced Islam and he always smile when see me". And one time I complained to him that I did not survive on horseback, then he held my shoulders and prayed for me: o God, ordain him and make him give directions and instructions can (Bukhari, no: 2797).
Even among the always requested and thanks by the Prophet, reads as follows:
O God, our hiasilah with faith, and therefore we as the pointer (Street) straight to obtain guidance from thee (Musnad Ahmad, no: 18325).
Sometimes the words of Imam Mahdi coupled with the phrase "al-Muntadzar", meaning Messenger who awaited his arrival, and this word is based on the Hadith of Prophet Muhammad:
"If the world just left one day, surely God will lengthen the day, until he (God) sent the men away from me or from my family of the same name with my name and the name of his father the same as the name of my father. He filled the Earth with justice and policy, as he (Earth) have been supplied with arbitrariness and terrors before it ". (Abu Dawud, sahih Al-Jami ' Al-Shaghir, no. 5180).
For Shiites await the arrival of the Mahdi Imamiyah is is one of the best worship (Afdal) [7]. Even a reward equal to the reward of martyrs in two wars of the Prophet: Badr and Uhud, sebagaiaman imam Ali Zainal Abidin:
From Ali Ibn Al-Husein Zainal Abidin USA said: "whoever remains firm on imam Mahdi who was unseen, then God will give him the reward of a thousand martyrs, as reward for the martyrs of Badr and Uhud war" [8].
Thus, Muhammad Rasullullah hinted that the Mahdi will surely come in the end times. He will lead Muslims out of the darkness and terrors and injustices toward the light of Justice and honesty who illuminates the world entirely. He would carry humans to uphold the leadership of the Islamic Caliphate/proper, i.e. following the manhaj method, system or the leadership of the Prophet.
In view of Sunni, none sentences verses of the Quran describing or specifying clear or decisive about theological problems which we will discuss in this book, jutru that discuss problems theological is Hadith of the Prophet.
As for the Quran, jutru explanation of the divine absolute, very spacious and fit with the name asma Allah as (اَلْهَادِيْ) indicators, al Quran lenders only explain about matters concerning the fact of divine, how to get form-form divine, divine, those who qualify for whom etc. As the word of God:
"How God will provide guided to a people who disbelieve after their believers, acknowledging that the prophetic witness is true, and have come to them with clear signs. And (remember), Allah does not guide the evil-doers hidayahNya ". (Al-Imran, 86).
The word of God above shows several things:
People are apostate will not get patronage and guidance of God. Even they will get the la'nat of Allah, the angels and all the people, and will not get a reduction or relief from the torment of the fire of hell.
Apostates including tyranny was a very big and heavy repaid yaitu hell, cause-related controversies not only dubious truth of Islam, but also have mock religion. They have also been harassing indicators Messenger
The Renegades first and second time there is likely to be accepted taubatnya. By way of hasten to repent, improve, increase and thicken the faith back to the discipline of carrying out Shariah. However, if the Renegades for the third time will not be accepted taubatnya.
"God (the giver) light (to) the heavens and the Earth. The parable of the light of God, is like a hole that is not transparent, in which there is a great lamp. Lamp in glass (and) that seem to glazing stars (radiant) like pearls, that are lit with oil blessed tree of, (that) the olive tree that grows not in the East (something) and not also to the West (his), which (only) its almost light up, albeit not touched fire. The light on top of the light (in layers), God guides to his light whom he pleases, and Allah perpetrate parables for mankind, and God Almighty knows all things ". (al-Nuur: 35).
The word of God above describes the light Almighty God which is very light in the presence of humans, but not everyone can feel it and see it. The reason for the person whose heart is still dipertuankan by world/sheer lust, who looked at that glory just solely on the value of material owned, beautiful House, beautiful and big, luxurious and elegant cars, expensive clothes and branded, it's impossible to capture the light of God. Just a clean heart are able to achieve the peace of the soul.
"With the book that God guides those who follow his keridaan to the path of salvation, and (with it) God removing these people from darkness to light was ablaze with his permission, and guides them to the straight path". (Al-Maidah: 16).
The meaning of this verse, that guidance is nur "light" in your heart, how happy someone who can feel the pleasure of winning. Life will feel calm, peaceful, serene, and prosperous. All of it is the sheer grace of God Almighty and to grab it all required a sincere effort searching for and pursue in every activity of life. The promise of God, will open the doors of hidayahnya for those who are indeed following the keredaan of Allah swt.
Form Of Divine:
Al-Abadi Fairuz explained that guidance given by God to man there are four levels:
Guidance provided by God Almighty to the whole creature mukallaf (Jinn and men), such as a sense of the human mind, intellectual, intelligence and knowledge of things that are basic and emergency. As the word of God Almighty:
"Moses said: our Lord, who has given every possible form of something, then give him a clue." (Thaha: 50)
Guidance which Allah bestowed upon the Anbiya to be explained and communicated to mankind and the Jinn, as the words of God Almighty:
"We have made them as leaders who gave the instructions to the command of us." (al-Anbiya: 73).
Hidayah purporting to conform to submit and follow the truth. This is reserved for his servants who believe and accept the laws of Allah. As the word of God:
"And whosoever believe in God, he will give instructions to heart." (al-Taghabun: 11).
Guidance for entry into paradise on the day of resurrection. This is what is meant by the words of God Almighty:
"Praise be to Allah who has given us guidance to (heaven), and we will not get guidance (to heaven) if God doesn't show us" (al-Araf: 43).
As noted in the level of guidance, that the four levels or stages of the guidance is achieved gradually. So a servant of God Almighty who has not reached the second stage will not be able to ride on the guidance of the third. The case to reach the guidance on the fourth rank, it must be through previous or ranking third.
Acknowledged that the guidance of Allah swt is very hard to achieve it, and it does not descend to the being of his creation, so that in history, the Prophet Ibrahim himself can not invite his father to receive guidance. Noah isn't able to steer her son into the straight path. The Prophet Lut dimusuhi by his own wife. The Prophet Muhammad that have been trying mightily to let his uncle Abu Talib accepts guidance finally have to accept the fact that her uncle died on top of disbelief. Indeed among the word Allah should always be remembered by a follow guide is the following verse:
"Surely you would not be able to give directions to the person you love, but God gave instructions to people who desired him, and God knows those who will receive the instructions." (al-Qashash: 56)
"Is not kewajibanmu make them guided, but Allah alone who guide (giving taufiq) whom he pleases". (al-Baqarah: 272)
"You (Muhammad) is the giver of clues to the straight path" (Al-Shura: 52)
Whoever Allah wills will give him instructions, he broadened his chest to (embrace) Islam. and whosoever desired God kesesatannya, God made her chest tightness again narrow, as if he was climbing the sky. So God cast a torment to those who do not believe. (al-An'aam: 125)
"O Apostle, convey what was revealed to you from your Lord. and if you do not (what was ordered, it means) we cannot deliver its mandate. God keep you from human (interference). Verily, Allah does not give instructions to people who are infidels. (al-Maidah: 67)
"If you are very hoping that they guided, Allah no guide to the misled him, and even then they have no helpers". (Al-Nakhl: 37)
"We sent a Messenger had, except by his language, so that it can provide clarification by light to them. Then the 454 who He will, and give guidance to whom he wills. and he alone God Almighty all-wise ". (Ibrahim: 4)
"and if God willed, sure He makes you one Ummah (alone), but Allah misleading whom he wills and guides to whom he wills. and you will be asked about what you do ". (Al-Nakhl: 93)
"and so we have lowered the Quran verses that is real, and that God gave instructions to whom he wills". (Al-Hajj: 16)
As such, the guidance that's in God's hands, he gives guidance on whom he wills, and whom he misled him. Take a look at Noah, although he was a prophet, but he was not able to give guidance on his son. So too with the Prophet Abraham, he cannot save his father from idolatry. The Prophet Muhammad was no exception. He could not give her guidance on whoever he wants, even in people who are very lovable and loves him, namely Abu Tholib.
Basically, any man could potentially get the Guidance of God Almighty through the process of prayer, worship is strong and persevering as well as sincerity. May have occurred in our hearts, why are we obligated to read five times in a day when prayer is:
Show us the straight path?
However, human beings need a "guidance" instructions and guidance of God at all times, because behind it, human beings are weak and very few science and knowledge. That's the reason why the human right encouraged always begging his directions in the prayer, so that the Almighty God to teach and guide his servants to things he did not do not understand.
